Having concluded that a summer of adventure is drawing to an end too soon, Trefor Jones sets himself the challenge of sleeping in a different London park every night throughout September. He does this with a wooly had and jumper, but without a tent. This original 19 minute film demonstrates that you can have adventures every day, even if you work 9-5 and live in a city.

This is such a refreshing idea, proof that you don’t need to travel far or take weeks off to have a real adventure. Sleeping in a different park each night sounds simple, but it takes a lot of mindset shift to turn everyday surroundings into something exciting. It’s inspiring to see how Trefor made the most of a regular 9–5 routine and still created something memorable. Definitely makes you rethink how much adventure is actually within reach if you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone.
