• Stove Set (including gas, pans, lighter, stove, spork, sponge)

• Foam ear plugs

Clothing:

• Down jacket

• Spare t-shirt

• Spare underwear

• Spare socks

• Hat (if due to be cold at night)

• Long-johns (if due to be cold at night)

Other:

• Sleeping bag liner

• Waterproof cover for rucksack

• Also consider taking; suncream, insect repellent and a small first aid kit
