Please complete this form if you wish to:

i) cancel your place at an event; and/or

ii) enquire about our Rescheduling Guarantee (a Contribution Charge is required for this service).

Q1). When booking, did you use the monthly 'Fund Your Adventure' payment options or did you pay in full up front? Required
Q3). When booking, we recommend you consider travel insurance in case you needed to cancel your place due to unforeseen circumstances. Did you decide to take out travel insurance to cover you for this event? Required
Q4). Per the terms and conditions, no refunds are due upon cancellation, however we are please to offer a rescheduling service as a gesture of goodwill. In order to do this, we require a contribution towards the event you were due to attend. Would you like us to send you an email setting out the details of this rescheduling option? Required
