At Adventure Solos, we help people in their 30s, 40s and 50s to build new friendships through the outdoors.
Our events are designed for people to book onto by themselves. They are beginner-friendly events that help you meet like-minded people.

​​Why Do People Join Adventure Solos?
Guests join us time and again for a variety of reasons; to challenge themself, experience new activities, building confidence, overcome the nerves of meeting new people, to improve fitness, health and wellbeing or to gain a better work/life balance.

It's not unusual for a life-change to have kick-started someone getting stuck in; things like a relationship ending, a divorce or loss of a partner, or perhaps they have children who are becoming more independent, meaning they have more time for themselves again.

Whatever your motivation, Adventure Solos is here to help you live life to the fullest whilst building new friendships.
